Eventually all JLA members got secure radio-link & emergency signal-homing rings. Technician and Hi-Voltage began work on a method to leech power from electric lines and produce flight wrist-bands for all team members.
In time, all JLA members had equipment similar to the DC Legion of SuperHeroes. Flight Rings, Comm Earplugs, Smart Cards, Medic Bracelets.
