BACKGROUND NOTES:
A shadowy man who prefers his past not be known, he associates only with Captain Cuba
and has a slight hispanic accent, so it is assumed he is some sort of cousin/friend of
Lorenz. His powers are formidable, but they don't earn him many friends. Still, he's 
quite staunch in his loyalty to the Miami hero group, and he can almost always be found
at the diner where Stone-Man is the cook.
