BACKGROUND NOTES:
Sea-Strike was bred to be muscle and a follower. He was used as cheap muscle
by the jaded Bimini Shelf Aristocracy, until Mind-Wave led a small band of
defectors from Atlantean ocean -space to Miami. Sea-Strike and She-Rahna can't
live away from the ocean full-time like Mind-Wave can, so they stay in Miami
and work with Captain Cuba.
